The Bearspaw South Feeder Main break has affected more than 3,000 homes and businesses in the Montgomery, Parkdale, and Point McKay neighborhoods, leading to a boil-water advisory. Residents in these areas, as well as those in nearby communities like Strathmore, Airdrie, Chestermere, and the Tsuut'ina Nation, are urged to conserve water by implementing simple measures such as limiting showers to three minutes, flushing toilets only when necessary, and running dishwashers and washing machines only when full.
